As a Florida Licensed General Contractor, Ingtekh leads construction as the accountable party for the work entrusted to us: readiness, sequence, coordination among trades, inspection preparation, and closeout.

How Delivery Is Organized

Confirm approvals, documentation, product availability, site access, and trade assignments before mobilization, so work does not begin on unresolved conditions.

Establish the order of work around dependencies, inspections, lead times, and the client's operational needs.

Field coordination
Keep trades, materials, and technical information aligned day to day, and resolve conditions in the field before they affect the following activity.

Inspection readiness
Prepare the work and documentation for each required inspection and coordinate scheduling with the responsible parties.

Complete punch items, final approvals, and the documentation required to close the project responsibly.

Credentials & Boundaries
Ingtekh operates as a Florida Licensed General Contractor and coordinates with appropriately licensed architects, professional engineers, specialty consultants, manufacturers, and trade partners when the project requires them. The exact team and professional responsibilities are defined by the needs and legal requirements of each project.
We are accountable for the work entrusted to us and for leading the process. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, the decisions of authorities having jurisdiction — including permit approvals, code interpretations, inspection results, or review timelines — but we stay engaged with those authorities and respond directly if issues arise.
