Integrated Solution
Impact window and door projects led from opening review through installation and inspection.
The product is only part of the project. Openings, substrates, attachment, documentation, and inspection all have to align before installation is a good decision.
Project Fit
This solution fits residential and commercial properties replacing existing windows and doors, modifying openings, addressing insurance or code-driven requirements, or resolving prior installations that were never permitted or finalized.
Opening & System Coordination
- 1
Survey the existing openings
Verify dimensions, substrate conditions, structural context, and prior modifications rather than relying on assumed sizes.
- 2
Match systems to conditions
Coordinate product selection with the opening conditions, the property's requirements, and the approved product documentation each system carries.
- 3
Confirm attachment and supporting requirements
Coordinate the attachment approach and any professional input the jurisdiction requires for the specific conditions present.
- 4
Plan around occupancy
Sequence removal and installation to keep the property secure and, where possible, usable during the work.
Permit & Installation Path
Ingtekh organizes the permit documentation, coordinates review and corrections, manages product procurement and lead times, leads the installation, and prepares the work for required inspections through final approval.
Scope Boundaries
Structural modifications, engineering evaluations, and design certifications are performed by appropriately licensed professionals engaged for the project. Product performance is defined by the manufacturer's approvals and warranty terms, not by Ingtekh.
Permit approvals, code interpretations, and inspection results are decisions of the authorities having jurisdiction. We cannot guarantee them or their timing, but we stay engaged with those authorities and respond directly if issues arise.
Product Documentation
Impact systems carry documentation—approvals, installation instructions, and attachment requirements—that governs how they may be installed. We keep that documentation consistent with the permit package and with what is actually built in the field, and we provide it to the client at closeout.
Next Step
Review the openings before selecting the product.
Share the property, the openings involved, and what is driving the project. We will review the conditions and describe the coordinated path.
