Ingtekh operates as a Florida Licensed General Contractor and coordinates with appropriately licensed architects, professional engineers, specialty consultants, manufacturers, and trade partners when the project requires them. The exact team and professional responsibilities are defined by the needs and legal requirements of each project.
Integrated leadership does not extend to decisions we do not control. Permit approvals, code interpretations, inspection results, and review timelines belong to the authorities having jurisdiction — outcomes we cannot guarantee, but we stay engaged with those authorities and respond directly if issues arise.
Best Fit
Integrated delivery fits projects with multiple disciplines, regulatory review, existing conditions to verify, or an owner who needs to stay focused on operations rather than on managing the project. It fits less well where a single, fully defined task can be performed in isolation.
